MORRIS <br />SHAFFER <br />E N G I N E E R I N G <br />October 11, 2021 <br />Tony Grizelj <br />Metal Finishing Solutions, Inc. <br />1325 El Pinal Drive <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />Tank System Integrity Report - Supplementary Letter regarding Internal Tank Observation <br />Morris Shaffer Engineering Project # 20238 [Previous 182111 <br />Mr. Grizelj, <br />Morris Shaffer Engineering has observed the (6) polypro tanks that make up the Hazardous Waste Treatment <br />facility at MFS Stockton on the following dates: July 16, 2018, October 14, 2020 and January 4, 2021. This <br />system was put into service in 2018 with new polypro tanks that have a 30 year +/- service life. At this time, <br />these polypro tanks have been in service less than 3.5 years. <br />The regulations have been written for steel tanks which can potentially have corrosion damage which will <br />reduce the thickness of steel.
