Violation 505 — Submit a corrective action statement addressing the floor degradation of the <br />concrete treatment system secondary containment observed at the time of inspection. <br />a. Response: the secondary containment area that showed floor degradation to the <br />concrete sealant has been corrected, see pictures —attached in attachments. <br />12. Violation 509 - Submit proof that the leaking pump was fixed (e.g. a work order). <br />a. Response: see picture — attached in attachments. <br />13. Violation 601— Submit designated facility signed hazardous waste manifest(s) for the wastes on- <br />site longer than 90 days, listed on the inspection report for this violation. <br />a. Response: Manifest # 016134872 FILE —attached in attachments. <br />14. Violation 605 — Submit a corrective action statement stating how the drum storing unknown <br />liquid and city water treatment resin (beads) was labeled for hazardous properties, physical <br />state, composition (contents). <br />a. Response: Previously submitted —The noted Hazardous Waste containers have been <br />properly labeled as containing hazardous waste. Inspection logs and hazardous material <br />transfer records should minimize eliminate future excursions. <br />Permit By Rule Treatment Inspection: <br />1. Violations 101, 203- <br />a. Provide a timeline as to when the PE will complete an internal inspection of the tanks. <br />Have the PE re -certify the tank assessment once the PE completes the internal <br />inspection. <br />i. Response: Juliette Freestone PE & Project Manager for Morris Shaffer <br />Engineering, LLP will reach out to Elianna Florido - San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department to discuss internal inspection details and <br />resolution of these violation. <br />2. Violation 112 —Submit a complete treatment system waste analysis plan, which includes a <br />separate chemical analysis at the point of waste generation for rinse tanks 3,4,6,7,9,10, and 11, <br />and clean out of the secondary containment under the processing line, before the wastes enter <br />
