The inside of the tank was not observed. The tank <br /> is new and appeared to be in good order. <br /> Results of Leak Test: No leak test was performed but tank was in use during our visit.No <br /> visual signs of leaking were present <br /> Foundation: Tank installed on a coated concrete slab-on-grade. There were no <br /> signs of settlement around the tank. <br /> Seismic Anchors: Seismic anchor brackets are anchored to the coated concrete slab- <br /> on-grade.
