We received a violation for not having a tank assessment for our poly wastewater tank. This tank is vented and contained with a secondary tank inside a walled containment. We hired a company called Gary Reeves LLC. a certified Environmental specialist to get the Violations addressed. He told me in November 2019 it was not a problem and he would take care of it. I was then contacted in May 2020 by EHD saying it was still an issue. I spoke to Gary Reeves and he said He would contact them and take care of it again. It still is not done. Can you recommend someone that can do this assessment for us?
