Hazardous Waste Tank ��__A <br /> System Integrity Report <br /> ==M= = <br /> For <br /> HMT Inspection <br /> The Kraft Heinz Company <br /> Stockton CA February 1 <br /> � o 34 Page 11 of 34 <br /> EVALUATION FOR CCR COMPLIANCE — HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE TANK <br /> (CONT'D.) <br /> Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.192(k), the following assessment details are known <br /> or have been evaluated: <br /> (k) (1) Tank configuration is vertical, constructed of polyethylene <br /> and anchored to the concrete slab; with a capacity of 5,800 gallons; <br /> (k)(2) Tank design cannot be confirmed to a published code or <br /> standard but meets empirical design criteria and normal industry <br /> practice for vertical polyethylene tanks; <br /> (k)(2)(A) Material of construction (all parts in contact with liquid <br /> waste) are polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride (PVC); <br /> (k)(2)(B) Material thickness is 0.491 inch as measured with a <br /> caliper; <br /> (k)(2)(C) Tank connections are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or <br /> polyethylene couplings up to 3 inches in size; <br /> (k)(2)(D) Flow into or out of the tank is manually controlled with the <br /> use of a pneumatic pump; <br /> (k)(2)(E) Tank details (measured from on-site inspection) - basic <br /> dimensions are as given in the Tank Data page included above; <br /> (k)(3) The tank was manufactured circa 2009 and moved to the site <br /> and installed in 2012 (per client). The tank has been in service for <br /> approximately 9 years; <br /> (k)(4) Details of installation include single-wall polyethylene and <br /> polyvinyl chloride (PVC) construction.
