Hazardous Waste Tank bib,-
System Integrity Report
==M= =
For
HMT Inspection
The Kraft Heinz Company
Stockton CA February 1
 o 34 Page 17 of 34
PIPING ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION (CONT'D.)
6. Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.193; the secondary containment
(concrete floor, slot drain, and concrete containment area) of this
connecting piping is exposed to weather and will contain any leak
as it occurs;
7. The requirement for further containment has been addressed by
remote impounding of any leaks to the concrete containment area;
There is waste treatment processing performed inside the containment area. No further
concern is attached to this storage arrangement under the conditions seen at the site
and as described further herein. The connecting piping currently meets the requirements
for secondary containment under DTSC regulations and is monitored for leaks by
system operators.
We believe that the above information provides a suitable assessment of the Hazardous
Waste Tank Containment Area for The Kraft Heinz Company at their facility in Stockton,
CA for structures containing process waste streams and that this containment area
does meet the requirements for secondary containment for such materials as
required by CA DTSC Title 22 CCR §66265.193. This report is intended to provide
adequate documentation for that purpose.
NDTRPTNE.DOT REV 2 23264941 Hazardous Wast Tank r3(Rev 0).doc 3/5/2021 3:19 PM
