The project proposes utilizing an existing 12,880 square foot building. <br />The project site is provided with water from California Water Service and sanitary sewer service from the East Stockton <br />Sanitary Sewer Project (ESSSP). There is terminal drainage for storm water. Access to the site is from North Report <br />Avenue. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. (USE TYPE: Commercial Cannabis Cultivation; Commercial <br />Cannabis Distribution; Commercial Cannabis Manufacturing; Commercial Cannabis Laboratory Testing; and, Commercial <br />Cannabis Retail Sales) <br />The Property is zoned I -L (Limited Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of North Report Avenue, between East John Street <br />and Francis Street, Stockton. (APN/Address: 143-170-21/1525 North Report Avenue, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 2) <br />ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301, and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved. <br />APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on these projects must be submitted to the Community <br />Development Department no later than February 5, 2021. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date <br />may not be considered in staff's analysis and/or recommendation to the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for this <br />application. <br />NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: These projects will be scheduled for a San Joaquin County Planning <br />Commission hearing. Notification will be provided on the date, time, and place of the public hearing at a later date. <br />NOTE TO REVIEW AGENCIES: In order to be notified of the San Joaquin County Planning Commission hearing date for <br />these projects, please contact the above noted Project Planner to be placed on the notification list.
