Other requirements may also <br />apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br />1. According to septic permit (83-1058), the proposed adjustment will result in non -conformity of the <br />5400t set -back requirement between leach lines (dispersal field) and property line. (San Joaquin <br />County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Standards, Section 1.5), <br />2. Applicant shall uncover the existing septic tank and expose the existing leach lines to verify the <br />leach lines do not cross over proposed Parcels #1 and #2 property lines. This shall be completed <br />under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department.
