CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA -2000131 <br />JARRED FRANK & KELLY RENE MELLO, TRUST / BEYOND BOUNDARIES C/O LORRIE SILVA <br />Deviation application No. PA -2000131 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br />Development Department on April 6, 2021. The effective date of approval is April 16, 2021. This approval <br />will expire on October 16, 2022, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br />Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued <br />and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain <br />in force. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br />prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br />followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br />application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may <br />apply. <br />1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact: [209] 468-2193) <br />a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Deviation to reduce the required side yard setback in the AG -40 <br />(General Agriculture — 40 acre minimum) zone from 10 feet to 6 feet, as shown on the site plan dated <br />December 21, 2020. <br />b. SETBACKS: All other development shall comply with setback requirements as specified by the <br />Development Title Table 9-610.2. <br />2.
