CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA-2000231 <br />NAHEEM KHAN / RONALD WELDUM <br />Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-2000231 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br />Development Department on April 9, 2021, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br />October 10, 2022, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br />Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a Notice of <br />Lot Line Adjustment. <br />1.COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact: [209] 468-3121) <br />a.APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br />plan dated December 28, 2020. <br />b.NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br />conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br />shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br />Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br />Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br />Licensed Land Surveyor.
