Keep a test kit one site to daily levels of pH, Free chlorine and cyanuric acid. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain a test kit formeasuring the disinfectant residual, combined chlorine, pH, and <br /> cyanuric acid(if used) at the pool. Test kit shall be available at all times the pool is in use. Chlorine and bromine test kits shall be DPD <br /> type. Chlorine test kits shall be capable of testing for free and total chlorine, so that combined chlorine concentrations can be determined. <br /> (CCR 65529) <br /> #15 Operation Records <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Keep a daily log of free chlorine, pH and cyanuric acid levels one site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br /> Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br /> necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br /> for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request.
