Reportable quantities of hazardous materials-reportable quantities are 55 gallons or more of <br /> liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases, with some exceptions. <br /> Carbon dioxide is a regulated substance and is required to be reported as a hazardous <br /> material if storing 1,200 cubic feet (137 pounds) or more onsite in San Joaquin County — <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program (HSC Sections 25508 & 25500 et sec.) <br /> d.
