Louise Avenue (APN: 198-100-04) <br /> Description: Site Plan Review No. SPR-20-132; The applicant, Mr. Shawn Samaniego, is requesting <br /> a Site Plan Review for the construction of a commercial truck parking facility that <br /> includes 23 commercial truck parking spaces and 7 automobile parking spaces, <br /> including 2 handicap accessible parking spaces on a 1.49-acre parcel. The proposed <br /> project includes the construction of a 494 sq. ft. office and will include 2 employees at <br /> maximum working shift. The proposed project will connect to the existing water line <br /> on E. Louise Avenue for domestic and irrigation purposes. The existing septic system <br /> and leach field will be utilized for sewer service. Stormwater will be retained on-site <br /> via expansion of the existing stormwater retention basin, located in the northern portion <br /> of the project site. Associated site improvements include paving, landscaping, lighting, <br /> fencing, curb, gutter, and sidewalk. 1631 E.
