SAN JOAQUIN <br />C: C_3 l_J N I Y <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: —[De: <br />EI Dorado Food Mart <br />1901 S EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON <br />ptember 30, 2021 <br />Other Violations <br />2010 <br />See below <br />Unlisted General violation <br />❑ V ❑ R ❑ COS <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />318 <br />CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: The 87 direct -bury spill container failed when tested. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br />containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br />repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />If the spill container can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 UST system may be red tagged <br />to prevent fuel inputs. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection.
