Pipes—Western Fiberglass for pipe manufacturer or PEI 1200 certification for industry standard (test method) <br /> Per CCR 23 § 2637. (d) and § 2715. (f)(2)(A): Individuals performing the work as a service technician must be trained and <br /> certified by the manufacture of the equipment.
