Date: 02/14/2021 <br /> Manufacturer training: <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site for the following inspections: <br /> Witnessed piping, under dispenser containment(UDC) sumps 10/11,12/13 removal, and soil sampling, and stockpiled soil, no <br /> noticeable cracks was observed outside the pipes. <br /> The pipping observed was product and vapor running horizontally from the UDCs to the 87 STP and 91 STP tank <br /> approximately 79 feet. <br /> - Measurements: 79ft(length) x 10ft(width)x 2ft(depth) <br /> - Soil Stock pile volume approximately 40 cubic yards <br /> The pipes was cleaned and triple rinse <br /> The uncovered piping was saw cut and put in five, fifty gallons steel drums, sealed, to be hauled as hazardous waste.Sampling <br /> was conducted by Vince Blackwood (Remediation Technician)of Apex EnviroTeck, Inc <br /> Laboratory performing analysis: California laboratory Service Rancho Cordova. <br /> Two stock piles samples taken labeled SP-01A and SP-01 B. <br /> Two samples taken below each UDC 2 feet into the native soil, labeled UDC-01 and UDC-02 <br /> Four piping samples taken 2 feet into the native soil labeled PL-90, PL@-Tee, PL& Couping and VR. <br /> Discussed sampling and analytical requirements with APEX. <br /> No noticeable discoloration or odor was observed. <br /> The pit was backfill with 3/8 pea gravel self compact to 90%. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. <br /> *Additional inspections are required refer to approval letter of July 16, 2020. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
