CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL PA- 1900066 WESLEY TERRENCE HULL I SIEGFRIED ENGINEERING , INC . Minor Subdivision Application No . PA- 1900066 was approved by the Community Development Department on March 5 , 2021 . The effective date of approval is March 15 , 2021 . This tentative map approval will expire on March 14 , 2024 , which is three ( 3 ) years from the effective date of approval , unless ( 1 ) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and ( 2 ) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. Unless otherwise specified , all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to approval of the Parcel Map . LOT SIZE AND WIDTH : The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map : ( 1 ) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of 5 , 000 square feet ( Development Title Section Table 9 -310 . 3 ) c . PROPERTY LINE SETBACK : The following property line setback regulations shall apply to this map : ( 1 ) The existing detached garage depicted on Parcel 1 shall be setback a minimum of three ( 3 ) feet from the proposed rear property line .
