The SPCC Plan must be signed and stamped by a licensed Civil/Professional Engineer.
Prior to the review of the SPCC, we are requesting an Engineer review of 3 generator diesel tanks (Delta room, i
Central Kitchen, & OHC Education)to determine if they are doubled-walled tanks. Per regulation guidance, all bulls
storage tanks must be provided with a secondary means of containment for the entire capacity of the tank and
sufficient freeboard to contain precipitation. In addition, the 400 gallon used oil tank contain a liquid level sensing
device. We are requesting an engineer to review and determine/design the placement of a liquid level sensing
device.
DETAILED SOLUTION PROPOSED OR ACCOMPLISHED
Request:
1. Review generator diesel tanks at the Delta Room, Central Kitchen, & OHC Education to determine
if the tanks are doubled- walled. If not, how can we add secondary containment around the tanks.
2. Review and design the placement of a liquid level sensing device on the 400 gallon used oil tank.
3.
