In regards to the training material,this is a Computer Based Training (CBT). I'm not sure if this can be shared as a file. I'm working with our Training Department to figure out if there is a way to print this material. Option B, would be for you to review the CBT material at the store. Additionally, I would like to formally request that the Violation 106 is change to reflect that the training was completed. I'm making this request due to the fact that my initial my statement was taken out of context. The team member completed the training and the issue was an IT issue. Violation 104:The modified contingency plan, including the site map, doesn't appear to have the locations of spill control equipment. Update the modified contingency plan to include the locations of spill control equipment and re-submit. 2. Violation 106: Submit a copy of the employee hazardous waste training materials.
