Metal fines from the band saw were collected and placed in a five gallon bucket along with the floor sweep and <br /> the waste powder you observed. <br /> In addition dust from any grinding operation was swept up and placed in the bucket, a lid was then snapped on <br /> and the bucket is waiting to be taken for disposal. <br /> Waste will be taken to the San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste Consolidation Facility located 7850 R.A. <br /> Bridgeford Street Stockton, Ca. 95206 <br /> 1 have ordered new Hazardous Waste Manifest Forms to be attached when the waste is disposed of. <br /> 104. Please see attached Modified Contingency Plan and site map showing locations of fire extinguishers. <br /> Contingency plan will be posted in the office where the phones are located. <br /> 106. As explained to you on the phone, our business is essentially closed. We currently have no employees working <br /> at this time but if and when we resume operations training will be conducted. <br /> 119. Please see acknowledgement of CERS submittals attached above <br /> 403 Containers for hazardous waste have lids and will remained covered if not adding materials. <br /> 601 The 5 gallon bucket of used oil filters was processed in the following manner then taken to a local recycler(Auto <br /> Zone) <br /> 1. Filters were inverted and allowed to drain for 2 days <br /> 2. After draining they were individually crushed in our shop press <br /> 605 Hazardous waste containers ( Buckets) will be labeled with required information. <br /> Waste oil tank has been pumped (see attached receipt) and will be labeled as hazardous waste. <br /> If there is anything further please let me know. <br /> Best regards, <br />
