EHD require soil suitability and nitrate
loading study for the proposed project. The study shall have upmost current information about the site
and project.
b) The proposed OWTS in septic permit review dated December 1, 2017 is not approved. The type
OWTS will be determined by the outcome of soil suitability and nitrate loading study.
Submit soil suitability and amended nitrate loading and EHD will respond accordingly.
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018.
Muniappa Naidu, REHS
Assistant Director
c: Petralogix
1868 E.
