The San Joaquin County On-site Wastewater Disposal Standards indicates a Seryice_Station use rate is 10gallonsper vehicle per day. The United Stated Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Design Manual: On-site Wastewater Treatment Systems Manual9 (Design Manual) indicates a Service Station use range iA8 to 15 gallons per vehicle per day anq Aci 15 gallons per employee per day.Our study incorporates a use of 8 gallons per vehicle per day and 9 gallons per employee per day. The Shell service station/mini-mart with fast food will be open 23 hours per day, with up to three shifts and an average of 7 employees per shift; the CFN station is self-service_ and will continue to have no employees.
