None of <br />the dioxin/furan results received to date have exceeded the commercial/industrial screening level. I wanted to get these <br />results out to the group today in advance of tomorrow’s conference call scheduled for 10am. Mattu [EH]' ; <br />'rachel@bruscaassociates.com' <br />Subject: RE: Former Pilkington Excavation Activities during Inclement Weather & Field Schedule <br />All, <br />Please see that attached draft partial data tables summarizing the laboratory results received to date for verification soil <br />samples and stockpiled waste samples collected at the 48-acre Lathrop site. Also attached are laboratory reports not yet <br />provided and a site map showing the verification soil sampling locations. <br />As shown, all of the lab testing is complete, except for dioxins/furans and some of the DI WET metals. None of the <br />results received to date exceed hazardous waste criteria or the established screening levels for commercial/industrial <br />site usage. It would be helpful if the regulators involved can look over the data prior to the planned call this Friday, if <br />possible, so that we can discuss next steps going forward during the call. <br />Thanks, <br />Joe
