This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not submitted as part of the business plan for the calendar year 2021.The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing: loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, emergency shutoffs, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. The Emergency Response was not submitted/certified for the calendar year of 2021. A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. The Hazardous Material Business Plans was not submitted for the calendar year 2019.The calendar year 2020 submittal on 1/24/2020 are late.The 2021 submittal are missing the Hazardous Materials Inventory and Emergency Response and Training Plans. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation.
