v) For each proposed new building, provide the following information on the plans: <br /> (1) Description of proposed use <br /> (2) Existing and proposed occupancy Groups <br /> (3) Type of construction <br /> (4) Sprinklers <br /> (5) Number of stories <br /> (6) Building height <br /> (7) Allowable floor area <br /> (8) Proposed floor area <br /> (9) Occupant load based on the CBC <br /> (10)Occupant load based on the CPC <br /> vi) Provide accessible routes and access to connect all buildings, facilities, elements and spaces <br /> per the applicable sections of chapter 11A and 11 B of the 2019 California Building Code. <br /> vii) At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all <br /> accessible spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines,which are <br /> otherwise connected by a circulation path. <br /> viii) Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with <br /> the applicable sections of chapter 11A and 11 B of the 2019 California Building Code. <br /> ix) Note that accessible parking spaces are required for each phase of the project. These parking <br /> space(s)shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance to the building. <br /> x) Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the multi-recreational building, per the <br /> requirements of Chapter 4 of the California Plumbing Code. <br /> A) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> requirements of the California Code of Regulations, title 22, Division 2, Chapter 2.7 <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Contact: [209]468-3000) <br /> a) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> b) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> c) Stormwater Best Management Practices shall be implemented during construction. <br /> d) Wastewater shall NOT be allowed into the storm drainage system. <br /> 3) MOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT(Contact: [209]831-2300) <br /> a) The Park and Ride lot is a condition of the Wicklund Village Tentative Map. Per the attached letter <br /> from Mr. Paul Sensibaugh, MHCSD General Manager, May 3, 2005, the Park and Ride lot is <br /> deferred to the time of the development of the Community Commercial Shopping Center along <br /> Central Parkway and Arnaudo Boulevard.
