Surrounding land uses include a Lam mersville Unified <br /> School District building to the north, residential development to the south, the Mountain <br /> House Community Services District Administration building to the East, and vacant <br /> farmland to the west. <br /> Location: The Project site is located 900 feet wast of Mountain House Parkway on the <br /> north side of Arnaudo Boulevard in Mountain House, San Joaquin County. The site <br /> encompasses 15.2 acres.
