Arnaudo Blvd., Mountain House) <br /> ACTION: On March 30, 2021, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department (CDD) <br /> approved Site Approval No. PA-2000221 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. Based on the timely <br /> filing of a Time Extension for said action the CDD evaluated the application for an extension and is hereby <br /> granted said extension effective November 29, 2022. <br /> This action coincides with a similar action taken on October 18, 2022, by the Board of Supervisors which <br /> granted an automatic 2-year Time Extension for all planning applications that are in approved status, with <br /> the exception of minor subdivisions, major subdivisions, and quarry operations. You successfully applied for <br /> a Time Extension prior to its expiration date, which kept it in active status; therefore, it has been granted a <br /> 2-year Time Extension. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD:This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party.Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$4,671.40, or the cost of <br /> time and materials at the discretion of Staff. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on December 9, <br /> 2022. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day <br /> at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval prior to this Staff Approval <br /> expiring with the new expiration date of October 9, 2024.
