Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton , CA 95205 <br /> Dear Inspector Presto , <br /> Thank you for your visit to our location on 09/ 22/2021 . During your visit, you brought an item to our attention , <br /> We have noted the issue below with our plan to address it . <br /> Alleged Violation : 305 HSC 25290 . 1, 25290 . 2 , 25291 Failed to maintain secondary containment ( e . g . failure of <br /> secondary containment testing ) . <br /> Observation : The 9/ 24/2020 secondary containment test results indicate a failure at the 91-tank product piping <br /> for tightness and communication tests, and tightness tests at UDC 1/ 2, 3/4, 11/ 12 . <br /> Regulation Guidance ; All secondary containment for the UST system must be capable of storing any released <br /> hazardous substance . <br /> Corrective Action : Immediately have a properly licensed , trained , and certified contractor repair or replace the <br /> failed component under permit and inspection of the EHD . <br /> This is a repeat violation , Class II . <br /> Response : Wayne Perry Inc . was issued a permit to repair the boots within the Underground Dispenser <br /> Containment sumps 1/2 , 3 /4, and 11/ 12 on 02/23/2021 , however as of June 2, 2021 the site is currently under <br /> review with Stacy Rivera of your agency for permitting an expansion project which encompasses the removal of all <br /> existing single wall UDCs and installing double-walled UDCs as well as replacing the boots . The expansion project is <br /> slated for construction to begin on January 3 , 2022 .
