In order to review each operator's <br /> winter preparation plans, the following information on a scaled drawing not less <br /> than i"= 100' shall be submitted for evaluation: <br /> 1. Locate the disposal site area in square feet that will be used for your <br /> winter operation. <br /> 2. Locate all roads and eunloading <br /> forpads <br /> the roadthe <br /> andwinter <br /> eonstructione type of <br /> materials that-will b <br /> 3. Locate the clean fill cover material storage area and indicate the <br /> anticipated amount.of fill material needed to meet the cover requirements <br /> from September 30 through April 30. <br /> 4. Locate the reserve road material storage area and. the anticipated amount <br /> of road material needed. for reserve from September 30 through April 30. <br /> The above information shall be provided to the San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> for review before November 9, 1984. <br /> If you have any questions or need any assistance in completing the above <br /> information, call.Renaldo Crooks, R.S:Of my staff at (209)466-6781. <br /> Jack J.
