This <br /> inspection is part of a program required by Government Code <br /> Section 66796 .38 whereby solid waste facilities are evaluated for <br /> compliance with State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling <br /> and Disposal. An Inspection Summary is attached. <br /> Violations of the following State Minimum Standards were <br /> documented: <br /> 17682 - Cover <br /> 17684 - Intermediate Cover . <br /> 17686 - Scavenging <br /> 17707 - Vector and Bird Control <br /> 17711 - Litter Control <br /> 17751 - Periodic Site Review <br /> The facility was found in compliance with all other applicable <br /> standards. <br /> Because of the violations noted during the first two inspections, <br /> a third inspection will be made. You will be contacted shortly <br /> by Mary Coyle of our Compliance staff to discuss the attached <br /> Inspection Summary and to assist you in bringing your site into <br /> full compliance with the minimum standards. <br /> f <br />
