Our <br /> letter was directed to San Joaquin County. We were informed by the County that <br /> because the City of Tracy is the site operator, any question regarding operation <br /> or compliance inspections should be directed to you. Therefore, we request that <br /> the City of Tracy develop a timeline for preparation and implementation of a load <br /> checking. program. Please send us the timeline before 20 July 1988. <br /> I have recently taken over regulatory responsibilities for Corral Hollow from <br /> Michael Mosbacher.
