CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY LANDFILL <br />LOAD CHECKING PROGRAM <br />IRefuse worker visually inspects unloading area. I <br />Load checker sees unacceptable waste I <br />before vehicle leaves site. <br />Customer is instructed that: <br />1) Site cannot accept waste. <br />E) Customer must remove waste from I <br />site and dispose of at hazardous <br />waste disposal site. <br />3) For further information they may <br />contact the Local Health District <br />at 468-3400. <br />Unacceptable waste is found for <br />which responsible party is unknown. <br />Exhibit 2 <br />Load checker finds unacceptable waste after <br />unloading from the vehicle which can be attributed to <br />a vehicle which is logged and has left site. <br />Incident is documented in Inn and the customer <br />is contacted by the site foreman and informed that <br />unacceptable waste attributed to his load was documented <br />at the site. <br />Waste is not containerizedI <br />I <br />Waste is containerized <br />adequately for moving on site. adequately for moving on site. <br />Landfill workers mark area with <br />County contracts with hazardous waste traffic cones and keep customers <br />hauler to have waste removed and disposed a safe distance away, <br />of at hazardous waste site. <br />Hazardous waste hauler removes waste <br />from the site within 90 days. <br />Customer is told that: <br />1) County will contract with a hauler <br />to have this waste removed and <br />disposed of at a hazardous waste <br />disposal site. <br />21 Customer will be billed costs for <br />these services. <br />Landfill workers label waste container <br />and use tractor loader to move waste to <br />temporary storage area on site. <br />Custorer is told that: <br />1) They should return to the site <br />and remove such waste within <br />4B hours. <br />E) For information regarding <br />proper disposal of such waste. <br />they should contact the Local <br />Health District at 468-3400. <br />If the customer refuses to retur; to <br />the site and recove such waste. <br />
