N If prohibited wastes are delivered to the Corral Hollow <br />Sanitary Landfill, the persons or firms delivering such <br />wastes will be required to remove the waste from the site <br />immediately, but no later than 48 hours. Such waste <br />shall be disposed of by the responsible party as <br />prescribed by State and Federal laws. <br />m� Any collector who removes such hazardous materials, shall <br />present to the City of Tracy Public Works Department, <br />proof (proper documents and/or manifest) that subject <br />materials were disposed of properly. <br />n� If prohibited wastes are detected at the site, and the <br />responsible delivering party does not safely remove the <br />waste, the City will then contract with a hazardous waste <br />hauler for removal and ultimate legal disposal. The <br />responsible party will be billed for associated -costs. <br />n� Further information regarding proper disposal of the <br />prohibited wastes listed above is available from the San <br />Joaquin Local Health District by telephone at <br />(209) 46B-3400. <br />»� Solid Waste haulers who do not comply with the <br />requirements of the load checking program stated herein <br />will be prohibited from using the Corral Hollow Sanitary <br />Landfill for disposal. <br />A copy of this notification has been sent to all solid waste <br />haulers who use the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill.
