AOL— <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-435 <br /> AUTHORIZATION OF ADOPT THE HAZARDOUS WASTE <br /> EXCLUSION AND PERIODIC LOAD CHECKING <br /> PROGRAM FOR THE CORRAL HOLLOW <br /> SANITARY LANDFILL <br /> WHEREAS, The City is required to implement a load <br /> checking program at the Corral Hollow Landfill under Title <br /> 23, Chapter 3, subchapte3f 15, Section 2523 .b of the <br /> California Administrative Code, and - <br /> WHEREAS, The load checking program has been reviewed by <br /> the San Joaquin County Waste Management office and the <br /> program meets all Sanitary Landfill Code requirements , and <br /> WHEREAS, Final approval is required by the Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and the Department of <br /> Health Service (DHS) before the City can implement the <br /> program; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the City Council of <br /> the City of Tracy does hereby approve the Hazardous Waste <br /> Exclusion and Periodic Load Checking Program for the Corral <br /> Hollow Sanitary Landfill . <br /> The foregoing Resolution No. 88-435Ls hereby passed and <br /> adopted by the City Council of the City of Tracy this 13th <br /> day of December , 1988, by the following vote: <br /> AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: BLAND, MORELOS, SCHUBERT, ZANUSSI , SCOTT <br /> NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: NONE <br /> ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: NONE <br /> YOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> 04-1206 . 88z <br /> t . <br /> f <br /> s <br />
