Load checker or other refuse worker finds prohibited waste <br /> for which the responsible party is unknown ; <br /> This situation may involve discovery, by landfill employees , <br /> of prohibited waste for which the responsible party is not <br /> known. In this case, the waste is removed from• the site <br /> and disposed of at a hazardous waste site by a hazardous <br /> waste hauler. If the waste is containerized, it is <br /> removed to an on-site hazardous waste storage locker. If <br /> it is not containerized, the area is marked to adequately <br /> offset fill operations until removal is performed; and <br /> procedures listed in Section IV, "Procedures for Handling <br /> Identified Hazardous Waste" , are followed for ultimate <br /> disoosal . <br /> -9- <br />
