AOL <br /> e. <br /> Exhibit 6 <br /> CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY LANDFILL <br /> State laws prohibit the disposal of hazardous and liquid wastes <br /> at the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill . In conformance with <br /> these State regulations a Load Checking Program has been <br /> implemented for the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill for <br /> detection of wastes which are prohibited at the site . The <br /> following elements of the program have been initiated at the <br /> site : <br /> R Wastes which are prohibited are the following : <br /> * Chemicals or chemical sludges which are toxic , <br /> corrosive, an irritant , or a strong sensitizer . <br /> * Drugs . <br /> * Infectious wastes. <br /> * Radioactive wastes . <br /> Flammables or explosives . <br /> Free liquids , including liquid residues in containers <br /> or cans which are greater than one oallon in volume . <br /> Oil , batteries , or fuel wastes . <br /> # Pesticides or insecticides (properly neutralized and <br /> rinsed containers are allowed ) . <br /> } Bag house or air scrubber wastes . <br /> # Asbestos wastes . <br /> * Tank cleaning sludges or sediments. <br /> * Contaminated soil or sand . <br /> If prohibited wastes are delivered to the Corral Hollow <br /> Sanitary Landfill and detected under the Load Checkino <br /> Program, the responsible customer will be requested to <br /> remove such waste from the site for disposal aya� <br /> designated disposal site . _ Properly <br /> Further information reoardinq <br /> Proper disposal of the prohibited wastes listed above is <br /> available from the San Joaquin Local Health District b <br /> telephone at (204) 460-3400 . y <br /> 1 <br />
