TYPICAL WASTES ACCEPTABLE AT <br /> AT <br /> CLASS III LANDFILLS <br /> GENERAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> 'NONHAZARDOUS SOLID WASTE' is defined by <br /> Title 23, CCR, Chapter 3, <br /> Section 2523 (a) . "Nonhazardous solid waste mid wastes, <br /> Subchapter ans all <br /> 15 Sec semi-solid, and liqu' <br /> utrescible solid' rubbish, ashes, industrial <br /> putrescible and none <br /> including garbage, trashy refuse, paper, abandoned vehicles and <br /> fiances, manure, vegetable or <br /> wastes, demolition anedchomerandlhomeaapps, discarded solid or semi- <br /> parts thereof,discard <br /> i such wastes do not contain <br /> wastes <br /> which must <br /> animal solid and semi-solid wastes and other co <br /> le <br /> solid waste. PROVIDED or wastes which quality <br /> be managed as hazardous wastes, applicable water <br /> cause degradation of waters of the state <br /> . pollutants in concendtrations which exceed <br /> objectives, or could <br /> (i.e. ,designated waste) .
