Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br /> Mulhair Disposal Site (39-CR-0042) <br /> 4/3/2024 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Owners are to refrain from digging and irrigating the disposal site. <br /> 2. On November 30, 2023, Jeff Sharp (Sharp Environmental Technologies) submitted a <br /> revised Work Plan (dated June 27, 2023) to the EHD. A virtual meeting was conducted on <br /> December 7, 2023 to discuss the revised Work Plan. Jeff Sharp, Arlene Gomez (owners <br /> daughter—site representative), Brad Shelton (Water Board), Natalia Subbotnikova (Program <br /> Coordinator— EHD) and I were present at the meeting. The EHD emailed an approval letter <br /> for the revised Work Plan on January 2, 2024 to Jeff Sharp, Arlene Gomez and Robert <br /> Hayward (Hayward Environmental Consulting). Sharp Environmental Technologies and/ or <br /> Hayward Environmental Consulting will contact EHD when work will begin at the site. <br /> 3. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br /> the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br /> to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br /> agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br /> activities for such PCLU. <br /> 4.
