Waste tires inadvertently received which are commingled with municipal solid <br />waste that arrives in commercial loads, where the waste tires comprise less <br />than one percent 0 %) by weight of the total load. <br />2. Waste tires that inadvertently arrive in homeowner delivered household loads <br />of mixed waste and are not readily removable from the waste stream. <br />3. Oversized waste tires, 17.5 X 24 or larger in size received prior to January 1, <br />1994.
