The average daily tonnage has increased from 850 cubic yards <br />to 1100 cubic yards. <br />Future Plans <br />5. The operator is studying the use of an alternative cover <br />instead of a daily six inch soil cover. The operator will <br />submit an engineering report on the use of an alternative <br />cover to the LEA, and CIWMB. <br />6. San Joaquin County Public Works Department is planning to <br />expand the landfill by adding another tier over the existing <br />landfilled wastes. This plan will add several more years of <br />life to the landfill. Engineered plans for this expansion <br />have not been completed. <br />The Report of Disposal Site Information must be revised to include <br />all changes.
