ENGEO, Incorporated; Summary of Monitoring Well Installation, North <br /> Lathrop Properties, Lathrop, California; October 25, 2005; <br /> Project No. 6793.4.001.01. <br /> Dear Mr. Scherer: <br /> As requested, ENGEO Incorporated prepared this report to present laboratory results for <br /> groundwater samples collected from the five shallow groundwater monitoring wells installed at the <br /> North Lathrop Properties in Lathrop, California. We have also included a summary of the <br /> groundwater level data collected from sensors installed at each well location. This report includes <br /> data for the fifth quarter (July 2006) of groundwater sampling. The scope and procedures of this <br /> groundwater monitoring program (Reference 1) were approved by the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board(Reference 2). <br /> The North Lathrop Properties (NLP) consists of 11 parcels covering approximately 253 acres of <br /> rural residential and undeveloped land located on the west side of Interstate Highway 5 and <br /> Manthey Road.
