Lathrop, Ca. <br />During our meeting you approved the proposed relocation of the truck scale. I have <br />spoken to the contractor and he is scheduled to start the work on or before 9/17/12. The <br />time frame to finish the relocation is 7-10 working days. The use of our existing scale <br />should be interrupted 1-2 days during the relocation. If an interruption occurs we will <br />arrange to use Gigli Hay's truck scale, which is located on the corner of Frewert Rd. and <br />Manley Rd. about 1 mile east of our site. <br />According to the contractor, if no unforeseen problems arise the newly located scale <br />should be up and running by 10/ 1 / 12. <br />Thanks for your time on this matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jed Phelps <br />Harvest Power -California, LLC <br />
