George was very helpful during my inspection. <br />As far as the RCSI, the only question I had was regarding the time the ground material received will be incorporated <br />into the windrows. You state on p.4 that the material will be incorporated within 72 hours. However condition 17 (o) of <br />your permit states that wastes must go directly into the composting process and may not be stockpiled for more than 36 <br />hours. You indicate on p.2, in the middle of the first paragraph under, Incoming material -Feedstock Processing Area, that <br />"all compostable material entering the site will be ground and incorporated within 36 hours of receipt." So with this in <br />mind, I think you should change the 72 hours stand time of the received ground material to 36 hours.
