All failed. <br /> The probes were individually able to set off all overfill alarms, however, the second probe was unable to cause an <br /> external audible and visual alarm while the first alarm was still active. <br /> Service Technician Onsite: Guadalupe Sanchez <br /> ICC: 4/2/2023; VR: 10/5/2021 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a <br /> properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD.
