The 91 and 87 alarms were both set off at the same time. Both overfill alarm <br />boxes had functioning audible and visual alarms <br />- the alarms are set at 90% high product and 95% overfill <br />Ensure all test reports relating to repairs are submitted to EHD within 30 days of testing. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br />sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
