Time In: 1:52 pm <br /> , <br /> r <br /> Time Out: 2:43 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Panda Express#1226 Date: 01/14/2021 <br /> Address: 10370 TRINITY PKWY, STOCKTON 95219 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)477-3917 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00053252 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> ORDERED FOOD ON SATURDAY JANUARY 9, 2021 CHOW MEIN AND FRIED RICE, FOUND APIECE OF USED <br /> BAND AID IN SONS MOUTH. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the Person In Charge. <br /> Per the PIC she was aware of the complaint prior to my investigation. <br /> PIC was not at the facility at the time of the alleged incident. <br /> Per PIC a customer came to the facility and showed her a piece of the bandaid that was brown in color and was allegedly in <br /> the fried rice and/or chow mein. <br /> Fried rice is prepared with oil,eggs,rice,peas and carrots, and green onions. <br /> Gloves are worn at all times per PIC and gloves are changed when hands are washed or as often as needed. <br /> Rice comes to the facility in bags and rice is stored in storage containers. <br /> I observed rice in covered storage container. <br /> Rice is washed with water in prep sink and and sifted through with gloved hands. <br /> Peas and carrot mix come to the facility frozen and pre cut. <br /> Boxes of peas and carrots are stored in the walk-in freezer. <br /> I observed peas and carrot mix in walk-in freezer in original box. <br /> Green onions are washed and cut in theslicer. <br /> I observed slicer covered and stored away under prep sink. <br /> I observed cut green onions stored in a covered container in the walk-in refrigerator. <br /> FA0017969 C00053252 SCO04 01/14/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
