PLEASE CONTACT COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s)116043,116040,& <br /> 116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as'MAJOR'pose an immediate threat to public <br /> health and must be corrected immediatety or be subiect to closure pursuant to California Code of Reoulations rMa 221 section 65545. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on Duty was not aware of the complaint. Pool and spa chemical readings are checked 2x/day. Shower and locker <br /> rooms are checked hourly. <br /> Upon inspection, the hot tub and steam room appear clean. Showers were not inspected (occupied). Pool service person state <br /> that the chlorinator is broken and due to a high pH reading this morning, acid was added. <br /> Chemical readings at this date and this time: Free chlorine: 16.5 ppm, Combined Chlorine: 1.5 ppm, pH: >7.0 (on pH strips, <br /> approximately a pH of 6.0) <br /> Hot tub is closed at this time 3:20pm/Closed sign posted by Management <br /> Corrective Action Required: <br /> 1) Spa shall remain closed until the free chlorine level is 3.0 to 10.0 ppm.
