Elite IV Contractors <br />Date: 9/24 /2021 <br />Inspection Request: <br />September 29, 2021, Wednesday @ 1 PM <br />Inspection Site: SRoo836o6 <br />Quik Stop #121 <br />u96 W Louise Ave Manteca, CA 95336 <br />Scope Of Work: Replace dispensers with Bravo Conversion frames installation. <br />Cold start the monitoring panel. <br />A) Inspections: Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be <br />verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of <br />Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of <br />the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the cold start of the <br />monitoring panel and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />B) Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under -dispenser <br />containment sumps (UDC's).
