The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for EL CAMINO TIRES (WILSON) as of February 08, 2021. Open violations from October 02, 2020 inspection Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. OBSERVATIOI�t Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. In the east side of the shop: -One black 55 gallon steel drum (full) containing non crushed/punctured metal oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. -One black 40 gallon trash can (full) containing paper oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. -One green 5 gallon trash can (full) containing paper oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. In the west side of the shop: -One red 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (1/2 full) had a hazardous waste label that was missing the hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the words "Hazardous Waste." -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (3/4 full) was missing a hazardous waste label. -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full) had a hazardous waste label that was missing the accumulation start date. -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full) had a hazardous waste label that was covered. Did not see the hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the words "Hazardous Waste." -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full) had a hazardous waste label that was covered. Did not see the hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the words "Hazardous Waste." -One red 15 gallon steel drum (1/4 full) containing non crushed/punctured metal oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), accumulation start date CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
