The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for EL CAMINO TIRES (WILSON) as of February 08, 2021. <br />Open violations from October 02, 2020 inspection <br />Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATIOI�t Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br />In the east side of the shop: <br />-One black 55 gallon steel drum (full) containing non crushed/punctured metal oil filters was missing a hazardous <br />waste label. <br />-One black 40 gallon trash can (full) containing paper oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. <br />-One green 5 gallon trash can (full) containing paper oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. <br />In the west side of the shop: <br />-One red 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (1/2 full) had a hazardous waste label that was missing the <br />hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the words <br />"Hazardous Waste." <br />-One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (3/4 full) was missing a hazardous waste label. <br />-One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full) had a hazardous waste label that was missing the <br />accumulation start date. <br />-One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full) had a hazardous waste label that was covered. Did not see <br />the hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the words <br />"Hazardous Waste." <br />-One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full) had a hazardous waste label that was covered. Did not <br />see the hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the <br />words "Hazardous Waste." <br />-One red 15 gallon steel drum (1/4 full) containing non crushed/punctured metal oil filters was missing a hazardous <br />waste label. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
