<br /> 8) Found on a MOD floor grate in front of a trash chute,two Dollar Tree open plastic bags containing bottles of
<br /> pink Fresh Berries Assured Moisturizing Hand Soap,some of which had poked holes through the bags and were
<br /> leaking (IMG 8715-7).
<br /> 9) Found on a MOD floor grate, a damaged bottle of Jergens body lotion observed in a Dollar Tree plastic bag
<br /> that also contained food items(IMG 8718-9).
<br /> 10)Found on a MOD floor grate behind pallets of product boxes,a damaged cardboard box contaminated from
<br /> leaky containers of LA's Totally Awesome liquid laundry detergent(IMG 8724-6). Five containers of the non-leaking
<br /> laundry detergent had been moved to the outside of a nearby trash chute (IMG 8723).
<br /> 11)Found on a product box, an open container of Good &Clean Disinfectant Wipes(IMG 8728-9).At least two
<br /> containers of the wipes were observed on the floor grate, one of which was crushed, next to a pallet of packaged
<br /> containers of the wipes(IMG 8730-1).
<br /> 12)Found on the MOD concrete floor, at least 11 bottles of green mouthwash, at least of which were damaged,
<br /> which appeared to come out of a damaged cardboard box(IMG 8732).
<br /> 13)Found on a product box, a damaged leaking container of Klar& Danver Antibacterial orange liquid hand
<br /> soap,with a missing cap pump(IMG 8733-4).
<br /> 14)Found on the MOD concrete floor, eight bottles of Lime-A-Way which appeared to have spilled (IMG 8741).
<br /> The spillage appeared dry(IMG 8742).
<br /> 15)Found on the MOD concrete floor beneath a pallets of product, at least 25 containers of Glade solid air
<br /> fresheners, some of which were open and unlabeled (IMG 8743-6).
<br /> 16)Found on the floor, at least 15 bottles of Ajax liquid laundry detergent, inside and outside of three damaged
<br /> cardboard boxes, at least one of which was contaminated with a leaking bottle of the Ajax laundry detergent(IMG
<br /> 8747-8).
<br /> 17)Found on the floor,five bottles of White Rain Extra Hold hairspray(non-aerosol), two were damaged, one
<br /> was missing it's actuator, and one was missing the actuator cap(IMG 8749).
<br /> 18)Found on the floor, a nearly empty damaged leaky container of orange Assured Moisturizing Hand Soap,
<br /> and historical staining/spillage from the soap(IMG 8750-1).
<br /> 19)Found on the floor, a broken empty glass container of Homesaver Chimney and Fireplace Deodorant,
<br /> labeled as a combustible flammable liquid. (IMG 8750-3, 8757-8)
<br /> 20)Found on a MOD floor grate, inside and outside an open cardboard box with what appeared to be plastic
<br /> trash,dusty and seemingly damaged bottles of White Rain Body Wash (IMG 8756).Adjacent to the body wash
<br /> was a pallet of cardboard product boxes contaminated with an unknown spilled blue liquid (IMG 8754-5).Another
<br /> bottle of White Rain Body Wash was found on the floor grate, open and leaking a blue colored liquid body wash
<br /> (IMG 8764). The spilled blue liquid came from at least three damaged boxes of the White Rain Body Wash, on the
<br /> upper MOD level (IMG 8833, 8836-7).At least two of the(at least)20 fallen bottles of body wash,were opened
<br /> and/or missing their cap(IMG 8831-2, 8834-5).
<br /> 21)Found on the MOD floor grate,at least 10 fallen glass containers of Homesaver Chimney and Fireplace
<br /> Deodorant,two of which were missing their caps(IMG 8762, 8765-66, 8838-44). Dried spillage was observed on
<br /> the metal beams beneath the containers of Homesaver Chimney and Fireplace Deodorant(IMG 8767).
<br /> 22)Found on the MOD floor grate,a bottle of orange Assured Moisturizing Hand Soap leaking through the floor
<br /> grate to the lower level of the MOD(IMG 8770-1).
<br /> 23)Found on the MOD floor grate,a damaged bottle of hand soap leaking through the floor grate to the lower
<br /> level of the MOD(IMG 8774).
<br /> 24)Found on the floor beneath and adjacent to a metal conveyor belt in the MOD area, at least five open
<br /> leaking 12 fl oz bottles of Arm& Hammer Ultra Max 3-in-1 Body Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner(IMG 8775-81).
